How it works
2. Share your links
Make as many links as you need. Each one opens our home page, and its name is a promotion code that gives a company 10% off its first three months. A company that signs up within 90 days of clicking your link is yours.
3. Get paid
You earn 25% of what each company pays us, before tax, for its first 12 months of paid service. We hold each commission for 30 days, then pay by Wise or PayPal each month once $100 or more is due.

Who can join?
Anyone can sign up. The program is meant for recruiters, recruiting agencies, and anyone who advises companies on hiring.
What does a company get?
It pays 10% less for its first three months, or for its first year if it pays yearly. A company that comes by your link has the code filled in when it pays. A company that signs up without the link can type the code when it first pays, and it is then yours.
Can I refer my own company?
No. An account at your own address, or at your company's email domain, earns nothing.
What if a company clicked someone else's link as well?
The last link it clicked before signing up counts.
Where do I see how I am doing?
In your dashboard on rf.dontapplyai.com. It shows clicks, sign-ups, paying companies and earnings for each of your links.
What if a company gets a refund or disputes a payment?
A refund takes back the same share of the commission on that payment. A payment the company disputes with its bank earns no commission, whatever the bank decides. If the commission was paid to you already, it comes off your next payout.
